Project Summary

As a response to increased visitation and interest in recent years, the Whitney Museum aimed to better understand how their digital visitors were interacting with the website. In this research project, the students’ goal was to create user segments based on a visitor motivation survey (VMS) and Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to inform future web and content development based on the profiled audience’s needs.
