Students work together as a class to evaluate the quality, consistency, and usability of your organization’s content across all your communication channels (print and digital).

Project Duration: Full semester (15 weeks)
Availability: Fall and Spring
Ideal For: Organizations with a strong existing brand identity and with content spread across multiple communication channels and platforms.
What You Get: A presentation outlining major findings and recommendations for improving your organization’s content planning, creation, management, production, and/or governance.

Perform a comprehensive content inventory/audit and identify content gaps based on a competitive analysis.

Content Models

Create metadata schemes and reusable structured templates for different content types of content.

Governance Plan

Create a content governance plan that includes a detailed content assessment and recommendations to make it more usable and accessible.
