Pratt Institute Libraries seeks to provide outstanding service and access to a resource-rich environment that facilitates critical thinking and creative teaching and learning in the Pratt community. To further this goal, students used UX research and design methods to design a new website that would increase user engagement and provide a more consistent brand identity.
