Universe is a drag and drop website builder for iOS and macOS devices that provides fast and easy-to-use tools that make it possible for anyone to make a great looking website. The goal of this usability evaluation study is to discover problem areas that user may encounter while using the Universe App as well as uncover opportunities to help people achieve their goal and optimize user experience. Based on the eight remote user testing, our evaluators found a total of three unique findings along with three mini findings. These problems have been consolidated and addressed in the following actionable recommendations.
