Project Summary

As an agreement between New York City (NYC) and the federal government, the NYCHA Federal Monitor was brought in to make sure that the New York Housing Authority (NYCHA) is liable when it comes to providing safe and affordable housing environments. In this project, findings from moderated remote user tests helped identify current usability issues and guide ways to improve the nychamonitor.com website.
