Staten Island Hunger Task Force connects community members with pantry resources and collaborates with local establishments to help people in need. While their current site provides valuable pantry resources for users, the owner wanted to know if they were able to fully utilize the site’s features to locate desired pantries. Our research team focused on its mobile site and identified three main usability problems through the lens of Web Analytic tools. The solutions we proposed will help them present information more effectively and in a user-centric way, by doing so we hope to help community members locate pantry resources more efficiently and ultimately reduce hunger on Staten Island.
