Project Summary

The Cooper Union Library website is a rich resource available to students as well as faculty, alumni, and the public. Our team analyzed web traffic and social media data to determine how their new website was performing in targeting users and generating traffic. We then made targeted recommendations to improve the usability of the website and make their Twitter account more effective at promoting and generating traffic to the website.
