The Cooper Union Library has been serving the creative, intellectual, scientific, and technical work of The Cooper Union community for more than 160 years. In this study, we identified potential usability problems of the recently redesigned library website and offered recommendations to clarify the navigation and strengthen the information hierarchy, with an emphasis on improving the student experience.
