Project Summary

The Frick Collection is a staple of New York’s Fifth Avenue museums, it was founded in 1919 and holds a rich collection of old master paintings and European decorative arts. The museum was hoping to develop its current audioguide into a new device that was more in line with its downloadable app. We conducted a usability test to evaluate the two main features of the museum’s future loanable device and the existing downloadable app — the map and the object information.
