Project Summary

This usability test evaluated the Pratt Library website to assess the design overhaul that occurred in the previous semester. Particular emphasis was put on evaluating specific areas of the website the library was concerned with: the search bar architecture, ‘Ask a Librarian’ widget, user account icon, and the library book mapping feature. In a group of three, we conducted a usability study of these features to see what changes, if any, were required to increase the website’s usability.
