Pratt Institute’s website is an important tool for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other members of the Pratt community to find information about the admissions process, academic curricula, events, and more that the website has to offer. Undertaken for the benefit of Pratt’s Communications and Marketing department, a team of four researchers completed a seven-week-long user testing study to test the usability of Pratt Institute’s website. The researchers identified the four most pressing of these problems and made recommendations on how to ameliorate the issues discovered.
