Project Summary

STRYKK aims to provide a unique substitute to alcoholic beverages, suiting the needs of consumers looking to decrease alcohol intake without sacrificing flavor or lifestyle. To address decreasing conversion rates as a result of increasing competition, our team of three usability analysts examined the UK-based digital product through the lens of moderated user testing. We proposed implementations related to improving information transparency and clarifying product architecture, ultimately aiming to remove gaps in the user journey and improving conversion rates as a result.
