Project Summary

We collaborated with the Met to evaluate the usability of their digital collection. We collected individual user insights through eye-tracking sessions and used Google Analytics and Hotjar data to back up our findings. As the Met’s digital collection is already impressively designed, our main goal for this study was to streamline its content flow and find ways to encourage user exploration of the website.
