This project focuses on expanding the audience reach of the Montana Historical Society (MHS) beyond local visitors while tailoring content for a diverse audience. Our team of four digital analysts evaluated MHS’s web analytics data to compare local and non-local audience behaviors and audited SEO performance for improvement suggestions. Additionally, we developed a dashboard for ongoing data tracking. Through this analysis and strategic recommendations, MHS aims to enhance its online presence and effectively engage with a broader audience interested in the history of Montana State.
