Project Summary

Pratt.edu is the main website for Pratt Institute. A study was conducted to identify problems with data support in order to help with the future website update. Greater insight into Pratt.edu’s users was gained and its best use was understood. The focus was on the Overall audience & session, Site performance, Search terms, Email campaigns, and Google Analytics was used in order to help with further evaluation of its audience and vast usability issues.
