While boasting an incredible relationship with the performing arts world, Lincoln Center was interested in increasing its reach and increasing its online audience. Using Facebook Insights, this project aimed to shed a light on how Lincoln Center was engaging with its Facebook followers and also offer concrete recommendations on increasing user engagement through usable, effective content.
