The Pratt Institute Libraries website is an excellent resource for students to browse the library collection and also serves as a platform for introducing students to the ConnectNY interlibrary loan service. The goal of this study was to test out the catalog and understand if students find it easy and intuitive to navigate. Furthermore, there was a need to evaluate whether novice visitors were able to understand how ConnectNY works and how they could use the service.
