Project Summary

The project aimed to increase the usability of three Cooper Hewitt website sections: the home page, the events page, and the collections page. A team of 5 designers from the Center for Digital Experiences at Pratt were appointed to evaluate and analyze usability problems for the current Cooper Hewitt website and to come up with recommendations for the website redesign so that users can easily access the information they are seeking for from the website, get a better understanding of the museum, and become motivated to visit the museum.
