Pratt Institute Library provides staff and students of the school with access to abundant resources for their academic requirements and relies on the connection with ConnectNY to provide staff and students resources to enhance creative teaching and learning. Through this usability analysis, we seek to understand how students access external resources and how this experience can be improved by using the Pratt Libraries website.
