Project Summary
The Canadian Museum of Nature (CMN) is Canada’s national museum of natural history, located in Ottawa, Ontario. As CMN embarks on a website redesign project in the Fall of 2020, we sought to evaluate and analyze usability problems of its current site in order to gain concrete recommendations to guide its redesign project.
