Social Solar is a start-up company, founded in 2017. The company focuses on energy saving. It is crucial to deliver the company’s mission to new users clearly and directly. The process of finding a new energy plan should be streamlined for efficiency, and require minimal effort for users. In order to provide users with a great impression of SocialSolar, it is also important that the website has excellent usability. The purpose of this study was to figure out how to educate potential users about SocialSolar’s mission statement, streamline the process of finding a new energy plan, and provide users with an overall positive experience.
