Project Summary

Forward Roots is an artisanal kimchi business based in New York City. They sought to increase online purchases after their offline sales were negatively affected by the spread of the coronavirus. Our goals of the project were to help Forward Roots by enhancing the usability of the website, enable users to quickly understand the brand and product offering, make the brand more approachable online, and lead users to purchase the product more seamlessly.
