Independent Curators International (ICI) sought to evaluate their website’s usability to enhance user experience and support their mission of fostering a global arts community. As part of their expansion efforts, they engaged our team to conduct a moderated usability test project. Over three weeks, we recruited 8 users and executed usability tests and interviews to understand navigation patterns and gather feedback. Our objective was to identify usability issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Through this project, we aimed to align the website with ICI’s goals and commitment to delivering a seamless user experience.
