Project Summary

The Henry Ford, a globally recognized destination fosters inspiration and learning from hands-on encounters with artifacts from 300 years of American history. Their online digital collections website launched in 2016 but hasn’t been updated since then. Our team of four UX researchers conducted eight moderated remote user tests to discover usability problems found on the current website so as to improve the accessibility of their digital collections for both the general public and the researcher.
