“FinTech” is a start-up company that provides employers with a FinHealth HR+ platform to help them increase retention, and at the same time, be beneficial to their employees’ loan repayment. The goal of the project was to improve FinTech’s customer-facing website by helping users understand their value proposition. The goal for customers was to reassure that FinTech services are beneficial in the long run and for the employee, it was the simplification of the end-to-end process for users to have a better understanding of the benefits of extra payment. The methodologies used include lean UX, parallel design, and user testing.
