Project Summary

Cooper Hewitt worked with Pratt Institute to help solve UX issues that will improve the user experience and navigation of finding content. To support our client’s mission, our team focused conducted an eye-tracking study using Tobii Pro Lab to help evaluate the Emerging Designers and Design Topics pages to identify how users navigate and find content within these pages. Our study recommended to improve the Upcoming Programs page by adding more filter options that are related to content in the Emerging Designers page, as well as age range options for kids, teens, and adults.
