Fenton History Center is a cultural institution in the city of Jamestown, New York that provides education and cultural opportunities through the collection, preservation, and exhibition of artifacts and archival materials. I worked alongside a team to create digital strategic for the Fenton History Center official website. Our analysis included an assessment of the activity using professional strategic tools and frameworks. The strategic analysis report showed a comprehensive review of the museum’s website placed with an external and internal context. For the external examination, we created the analysis report of market research, audiences, threats, and opportunities. For the internal examination, our strategic analysis presented the review of current digital activities, current users, value chain, and strengths and weaknesses.
