This project analyzes user engagement across The New School Archives and Special Collections’ websites and Instagram, aiming to improve site clarity, traffic flow, and discoverability. Using Google Analytics and Looker Studio, we examined interactions between the Archives, Finding Aids, and Digital Collections sites and assessed Instagram engagement trends. Our goal was to uncover user pain points related to search functionality and homepage navigation, and to provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall user experience for internal and external researchers.
