Project Summary

Think-and-do thank, CUNY Institute for State and Local Governance, collaborated with the Pratt DX Center to understand their users’ experience and engagement with their site and their social media content. Our team created a social analytics framework to solidify their social media strategy, created a mockup based on opportunities found in keyword research, found 14 error pages disrupting user experience, and created a dashboard showcasing ISLG’s performance.
