Amplifying the Peale Museum’s online presence

Project Summary

The Peale, officially the Municipal Museum of the City of Baltimore, is a community-focused museum located in Baltimore, Maryland. As a recently renovated museum, the Peale plans to use its website and social media platforms to help encourage and amplify its communities’ voices. As a group of four, we conducted digital analysis focusing on social media, Google Analytics, and SEO. We identified four major findings focused on repeated posts and captions, monotonous content type, social media referrals, and information architecture on the website. In addition, we also generated insights around best practices for SEO, transitioning to GA4, and getting a verification badge on Instagram.
