Dedicated to providing authentic experiences for visitors, the Whitney Museum continuously makes improvements to its popular audio guide, available both online and on-site. In this study, students assessed the usability of their audio guide prototype (as of early 2018) and made recommendations to increase its user-friendliness and understandability.
