Naks Yetu is a vibrant, community-powered platform that connects residents and travelers in Nakuru, Kenya, through local events, stories, and shared experiences. The project aimed to improve the platform’s usability while preserving its storytelling spirit, with the goal of delivering actionable research insights and redesign recommendations, improving the overall user experience. The approach involved a pre-study audit, task flow design, and moderated usability testing.
