For this project, we evaluated the Smithsonian American Art Museum’s (SAAM) educational resources through card sorting and moderated usability testing. The participants were asked to complete a series of tasks, which we evaluated based on RICE & severity score. We presented five issues with recommendations to improve the website in terms of navigation, organization, and clarity.
