The project aimed to enhance the usability and engagement of the Pratt Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) website, focusing on improving access to key services like portfolio assembly, resume writing, and interview preparation workshops. Through online moderated user testing, participants completed five main tasks to identify pain points and areas for improvement. The insights gathered informed targeted recommendations to streamline communication and improve resource accessibility. These high-impact, low-effort changes provide immediate benefits for students seeking career development support.
