CodeBaby is a digital tool that lets businesses add live and friendly 3D Avatar websites. These avatars are AI powered and can answer questions, give information and make a boring online experience more fun and human. During usability testing we found that many users—especially non-technical ones—struggled to use the platform effectively. From building their first avatar to embedding it into a site, the process felt unclear and overwhelming. That’s where we came in. Working with CodeBaby, our goal was to improve the onboarding experience, clarify complex workflows, and ultimately help more users convert from free trial to full business use.
