Pratt Institute, in collaboration with The JED Foundation, offers counseling and health resources to support students, faculty, and staff. While these services are accessible on the website within a few clicks, their discoverability remains low. This project involved evaluating the usability of these resources through moderated remote user testing with Pratt students. Based on the findings, we provided actionable recommendations to improve navigation and enhance the overall user experience on the site.
