Medscape’s Decision Point is a clinical decision support tool offering healthcare professionals expert-led, medically reviewed video content. The project aimed to increase platform engagement by conducting moderated remote usability testing to uncover key issues, including unclear navigation and limited access points beyond individual videos. Findings guided targeted design recommendations aimed at fostering deeper user engagement across the platform.
