This project conducted moderated remote usability testing of IDbGLAMPRO, a professional platform for galleries, libraries, archives, and museums. The research highlighted major navigation challenges, unclear communication of platform value, and friction in registration flows. Based on these insights, design recommendations were developed to enhance usability and create a more intuitive platform that better connects cultural heritage professionals worldwide.
