This project focused on improving the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Services (SITES) website to enhance user experience and increase exhibition bookings. Through user insights and feedback from the client, key pages were redesigned for better content clarity and ease of navigation. We replaced the original sign-up method with a more intuitive contact-based system and improved exhibit discoverability. Strategic content adjustments and streamlined calls to action now ensure users can access all necessary information without needing to log in.
