Knowunity, a peer-to-peer EdTech platform with 9 million users, is expanding into the U.S. market and aims to boost user retention by enhancing engagement among top content creators, or “Knowers.” Our team conducted interviews and usability testing to evaluate Knowers’ experiences and identify ways to convert them into “Lighthouse Knowers.” We provided seven key recommendations focused on content discovery, subject-based sharing, group chats, and community integration to foster deeper engagement and growth.
