Project Summary

This project focused on optimising the “Programs & Events” ticketing flow on Shedd Aquarium’s website. Using usability analysis and eye-tracking studies, friction points were identified, informing a data-driven redesign that reduced user confusion, enhanced mobile usability, and will inturn help in increasing successful ticket purchases for 1.2M+ annual visitors.
