Monterey Bay Aquarium has recently revamped its website. Since the covid-19 pandemic and the closure of the Aquarium, virtual visits became very important. Our team was tasked with the following: improving ease of use and maximizing user engagement with the content on Live Cam pages, making deeper content more discoverable through effective navigation, and driving more donations from popular areas of the site like Live Cams.
