Project Summary

The Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) offers free financial counseling to NYC residents, yet its scheduling site faced low booking completion despite a 300% traffic surge. Our UX team at Pratt Institute redesigned the site to address usability issues, streamline the booking flow, and improve accessibility. The project focused on boosting service awareness, setting clear expectations, and creating a user-friendly experience for individuals of all ages and digital literacy levels.
