Section 3 requires public construction projects receiving federal funds to create jobs for low income residents. For our client, the NYC Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, we created C/Plan that helps government agencies manage construction projects and report on this job creation. C/Plan is a construction management tool that can be used by cross-functional teams within NYC’s construction system. Our final product was designed to be used by Agencies (like the Department of Education) with future expansion to contractors, laborers, and more.
